A Christmas poem
Twas the night before Christmas and was quiet in the house
The children are sleeping and your settled on the couch
You glance across the room at your wonderful tree
And crack a wry smile for LED
The lights twinkle and shimmer in rather quick haste
the low running costs and long life leave a good taste
remember to blow out the candles and turn of the lights
Put out the fire also, Santa’s coming tonight!
The morning has come Christmas day is here
The excited children screeching in your ear
What has Santa left under the tree?
Everything from last night because you have great security
Lights and alarms you have it all
To spot anybody who climbs over your wall
Christmas a time for fun and for glee
Right on time ‘knock knock’, it’s the family
Good spirit and fun all round to be had
But you can make a saving and don’t think I’m mad.
Turn of your veg a few mins early and leave in place
All that heat energy gained there’s no need to waste
Laughing and games your almost done
Your tired and yawning but you have had fun
This is what Christmas should be and having electrical issues, dangers or emergencies in your home can totally ruin the preparation.
Whatever you do for Christmas it should be done safely, your electricity is in your home and surround you and your loved ones at all times and especially at Christmas.
Don’t take it for granted, if any dangers exist consult a qualified electrician.
Your local Electricians would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas.
