"I would like to thank you for resolving a problem that I had recently with new conservatory lights.  When I rang to make an appointment , your costs were very clearly explained to me.  When you arrived, it was clear that the fittings were very different from my previous lights and there was a major difficulty with the lack of solid wall space available.  I was at the point of packing them up and returning them to the retailer when you came up with an imaginative solution and successfully fixed my new lights, which have been admired by all.
